Where are you submitting?
Every major venue now has rules on AI in research writing. Look yours up: what is permitted, what must be disclosed and where the statement goes, what is prohibited, and what your manuscript will be screened with.
These entries are the office’s plain-language reading of each policy, compiled from
the publishers’ own documents. The linked source is always authoritative, and these
documents are revised frequently: verify before submission, and write to
rio@ncbs.res.in if you find an entry that has
fallen out of date. Where a society journal sits on a large publisher’s platform,
the journal’s own guidelines may be stricter than the platform policy.
